The producer of Vijay's upcoming film Greatest Of All Time (GOAT), Archana Kalpathi, has come up with an update on the film's trailer.

On her X handle, she said the trailer release date will be officially revealed tomorrow (Wednesday) at 6 pm. She added that she too is waiting for the trailer.

It was recently announced that the film will be released in both IMAX and EPIQ formats.

GOAT stars Meenakshi Chaudhary in a lead role. Prashanth, Ajmal Ameer, Sneha, Laila, Prabhudeva, Mohan, and Jayaram are also part of the ensemble cast, as are Venkat Prabhu's frequent collaborators Vaibhav, Premgi, Ajai Raj, and Aravind Akash. The late actor and politician Vijayakanth will appear in the film with the help of AI technology.

GOAT has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, cinematography by Siddhartha Nuni, editing by Venkat Raajen, art direction by Rajeevan, and action choreography by Dileep Subbarayan. Archana Kalpathi has produced the film under the AGS Entertainment banner. The film is slated for a September 5 release.

Vijay was last seen in Lokesh Kanagaraj's Leo (2023), which was an adaptation of the 2005 Hollywood thriller A History of Violence.
