The makers of Sathyaraj-starrer My Perfectt Husband have released the trailer of the webseries.

The glimpse shows how the character played by Sathyaraj tries hard to maintain his fidelity image when underneath he is the exact opposite. Trouble brews when he discovers his son is in love with the daughter of his childhood sweetheart. The series is expected to deal with this crisis in both comical and emotional way.

The 10-episode webseries also stars yesteryear leading ladies Seetha PS, Rekha, Livingston, Rakshan, Aajeedh Khaliq, Varsha Bollamma, and Reshma Pasupaleti.

OTT streaming platform Disney+ Hotstar has posted the official poster of the webseries captioned, "A love story like never before."

NV Nirmal Kumar of Salim fame will share the director credits with deceased filmmaker Thamira, Aan Devathai fame. The project announced a few years ago had to be stalled due to Thamira's demise before Nirmal was roped in as a replacement.

Though the official plotline is yet to be revealed, some reports suggest that this comedy series is about a two-timing husband who struggles to maintain his perfect image with his wife. The series will simultaneously stream in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.

My Perfectt Husband will stream on Disney+ Hotstar from August 16.
