Ritika Singh begins dubbing for Vettaiyan

Actor Rajinikanth will next be seen next in filmmaker TJ Gnanavel's Vettaiyan, in which he is expected to portray a cop.

The makers have posted pictures of actor Ritika Singh, who is a part of the film, in the recording studio.

Recently, actors Fahadh Faasil, Abhirami and Dushara Vijayan announced they have commenced dubbing for their portions in the film.

The film, directed by the Jai Bhim maker, also features Amitabh Bachchan, Manju Warrier, Rana Daggubati and VJ Rakshan, apart from the forementioned actors. Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth are reuniting for this film after 33 years. Their last film was Hum, which was released in 1991.

Previously, in May, it was announced that Rajinikanth wrapped shooting for his portions in the film.

Vettaiyan has music by Anirudh. This marks Anirudh's fourth collaboration with Rajinikanth. Other members of the technical crew include cinematographer SR Kathir and editor Philomin Raj.

Vettaiyan is scheduled to hit theaters in October. A release date is yet to be announced.
