North India release rights sold for Vijay's GOAT

The film is slated for a September 5 release

ZEE Studios announced on Thursday that they have bagged the North India release rights for the upcoming Vijay-starrer The Greatest of All Time (GOAT). The studio also mentioned the release languages to be Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. The film is slated for a September 5 release.

GOAT stars Meenakshi Chaudhary in a lead role. Prashanth, Ajmal Ameer, Sneha, Laila, Prabhudeva, Mohan, and Jayaram are also part of the ensemble cast, as are Venkat Prabhu's frequent collaborators Vaibhav, Premgi, Ajai Raj, and Aravind Akash. The late actor and politician Vijayakanth will appear in the film with the help of AI technology.

GOAT has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, cinematography by Siddhartha Nuni, editing by Venkat Raajen, art direction by Rajeevan, and action choreography by Dileep Subbarayan. Archana Kalpathi has produced the film under the AGS Entertainment banner.

Vijay was last seen in Lokesh Kanagaraj's Leo (2023), which was an adaptation of the 2005 Hollywood thriller A History of Violence.
