Actor Raghava Lawrence, who is awaiting the release of his film Chandramukhi 2, met actor Rajinikanth ahead of the film's release on Thursday. Taking to social media, Raghava posted a couple of photos from the meeting and shared that he got blessings from Rajinikanth.

"Today I met my Thalaivar and Guru Rajinikanth to wish him for jailer’s blockbuster success and got blessings for Chandramukhi 2 release on September 28th. I’m so happy. Thalaivar is always great. Guruve Saranam,” Raghava wrote.

It is to be noted that the upcoming film is the sequel to the 2005 Tamil film Chandramukhi that starred Rajinikanth in the lead role. Chandramukhi 2 will have Raghava Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut play the leads, with P Vasu returning to the director’s chair. Actor Vadivelu will be only common actor for both the films.
