Lyca Productions has bagged the theatrical rights of the upcoming Dhanush-starrer Captain Miller and will be presenting the film overseas. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on December 15.

Directed by Arun Matheswaran, Captain Miller is backed by Sathya Jyothi Films. The film also stars Priyanka Mohan, Sundeep Kishan, Shivrajkumar, and John Kokken, among others. Music is scored by GV Prakash Kumar, with Siddharth Nuni as the cinematographer. Captain Miller marks Arun Matheswaran's third directorial and first collaboration with Dhanush. 

Captain Miller is expected to be an action drama, set against the pre-Independence era. After Captain Miller, Dhanush and Arun will be once again reuniting for a film. The film will be backed by Wunderbar Films. Further details about the untitled film are yet to be revealed.
