Siddharth is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film, Chithha which is all set to hit theatres on September 28. Helmed by SU Arunkumar, the film also stars Nimisha Sajayan in a prominent role. 

Ahead of the film's release, on Tuesday, actor Aishwarya Rajesh took to her official X (formerly Twitter) handle, to pen a quick review of the film. She wrote, "Chithha, a much-needed film and must watch by everyone. SU Arun Kumar has done a brilliant job. I have always loved his work and this is one of his best. Siddharth has done his role so well that I can only see Chithha. Fantastic performance by everyone, little girl Sundari, Pooni will stay close to heart. And of course Nimisha. Congrats to the entire cast and crew. Do watch it only in theatres with your entire family and friends." (sic)

Chithha is backed by Siddharth's home banner, Etaki Entertainments, which has previously produced Kaadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Eppadi and Jil Jung Juk. 

The film will also be released in Telugu as Chinna. The technical team of Chithha comprises music composer Dhibu Ninan Thomas, cinematographer Balaji Subramanyam and editor Suresh A Prasad.
