Actor Sivakarthikeyan, who is currently shooting for his film with Rajkumar Periyasamy, is set to join hands with director AR Murugadoss for an upcoming film which is tentatively titled SK23, the actor announced on social media on Monday. It is to be noted that it is the first time Sivakarthikeyan will be working with the director.

Wishing Murugadoss a happy birthday, Sivakarthikeyan wrote on social media, "Sir I’m extremely delighted to join with you for my 23rd film and I'm double delighted after listening to your narration. This film is going to be very special for me in all aspects and I can’t wait to start filming."

The makers of SK23 are yet to announce details on the rest of the cast and crew members.

Meanwhile, Sivakarthikeyan will be next seen in Ayalaan which is scheduled to release for Pongal 2024. He was last seen in Maaveeran which was a box office success.
