Jayam Ravi, Nayanthara's Iraivan clears censorship formalities

The film will hit the theatres on September 28

We know that Iraivan, the upcoming Tamil starring Jayam Ravi and Nayanthara in the lead roles, is gearing up for a release on September 28. On Sunday, the makers, through their social media handles, announced that the film had completed the censorship formalities with an A certificate without any cuts. 

Directed by I Ahmed, who previously helmed Endrendrum Punnagai and ManithanIraivan is billed as a crime thriller revolving around a serial killer.

The film is backed by Sudhan Sundaram and Jayaram G of Passion Studios. The technical crew consists of cinematography by Hari K Vedanth and editing by Manikanda Balaji.

Meanwhile, Jayam Ravi and Nayanthara, who have previously worked in Thani Oruvan, will be once again reuniting for the film's sequel, which was announced recently.
