Dhruva Natchathiram, the upcoming Tamil film which had been pending for release for some time now, is now scheduled for a theatrical release on November 24, the makers of the film announced. The film is directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, and features Vikram in the lead role.

The makers also released a small video announcing the release date, featuring some action sequences, as Vikram is introduced as the suave protagonist John. The film has completed with censor formalities with a U/A certificate.

 The production of Dhruva Natchathiram began in 2016. The release of the film has been postponed many times owing to production difficulties.

Dhruva Natchathiram has an ensemble cast including actors like Ritu Varma, Parthiban, Simran and Radikaa Sarathkumar. The film is backed by Ondraga Entertainment and Oru Oorile Oru Film House. With cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa, Jomon T John, Santhana Krishnan, and Ravichandran, Dhruva Natchathiram has editing by Praveen Antony. The film has music composed by Harris Jayaraj.
