On Thursday, Nayanthara took to Instagram to announce that she has stepped foot into the world of skincare with her very own brand named 9Skin. The brand and its products will officially be launched on September 29. 

It is to be noted that Nayanthara already has a lip balm business called The Lip Balm Company, which she started with dermatologist, Dr. Renita Rajan. 9Skin is her second business venture, in the beauty and cosmetics world. 

Nayanthara recently became a Pan-Indian star with the release of her latest outing Jawan, the Atlee directorial. She starred alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Vijay Sethupathi in the film, which is currently making great numbers at the box office. 

Meanwhile, she is also filming for her 75th film directed by Nilesh Krishnaa and Test co-starring Siddharth, Madhavan and Meera Jasmine. Iraivan, her film with Jayam Ravi helmed by Ahmed, is gearing up for release on September 28. The makers of Thani Oruvan have announced a sequel to the much-celebrated film, in which she will be reprising her role as Mahima.
