The first single from the upcoming Tamil film Blue Star, Raili Oligal, will be released by the makers on Wednesday, the team announced. The film has music scored by Govind Vasantha.

Blue Star features Ashok Selvan and Shanthnu Bhagyaraj in the lead roles. The sports-based drama centres aroudn cricket and is written and helmed by S Jayakumar.

The film is backed by Pa Ranjith under his banner Neelam Productions. Besides Ashok Selvan and Shanthnu, the film also stars Prithvi, Keerthi Pandian, and others. The film will release this year.

The technical crew consists of Govind Vasantha scoring the music and Thamizh A Azhagan handling the cinematography. Selva RK is the editor.
