Ahimsa Entertainment, the distributors of the Vijay starrer Leo in the UK and Europe have announced that the film has recorded an impressive pre-booking of 10000+ tickets booked within a day of opening ticket sales, 42 days before its global release. It may be noted that Ahimsa’s previous film, Varisu, sold around 2000 tickets in the first 24 hours of pre-booking in January 2023.

Responding to it Ahimsa Entertainment has stated, “The response on the first day has been overwhelming. With a strong team including Thalapathy Vijay, Lokesh Kanagaraj, Anirudh, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, and Trisha, we were hopeful for such positive numbers. We're aiming to make this the largest-ever release for an Indian film in the UK, and we're grateful for the continuous support from fans.”

Leo, produced by Seven Screen Studio, has music by Anirudh and cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa. The film will hit the screens globally on October 19.
