The makers of Jayam Ravi's upcoming film Siren, released the film's teaser on Saturday, on the reality TV show, Bigg Boss. Penned and helmed by screenwriter-turned-filmmaker, Antony Bhagyaraj, the film stars Ravi as a prisoner, and Keerthy Suresh as a cop.

The teaser starts with a voiceover by Keerthy Suresh, that narrates the story of an Ambulance driver turned criminal, who awaits the day of his release from prison. However, the man gets to go out of jail after 14 years on parole. From the teaser, Siren seems to be some kind of cat-and-mouse chase between a cop and a convict.

The cast of Siren also includes Anupama Parameswaran, Samuthirakani, Azhagam Perumal, Yogi Babu and Tulasi among others. Antony Bhagyaraj has previously co-written Annathey, Viswasam and Hero.

Siren is said to be an action-packed emotional drama. Produced by Sujatha Vijaykumar of Home Movie Makers, the film's music is by GV Prakash. With Selvakumar SK of Maanagaram fame handling the cinematography, Ruben is in charge of editing.

While the film's release date is yet to be announced, the makers have confirmed that the film will be released in December.
