Earlier, we had reported that actor-filmmaker Radhakrishnan Parthiban would collaborate with D Imman's music for his upcoming directorial venture. It has recently been learned that multi-hyphenated film personality Shruti Haasan will lend her voice to Imman's composition. The musician announced the news through his social media handles.

Taking to his X handle, Imman wrote, " Joy to rope in ⁦Shruti Haasan⁩ for an enjoyable romantic track for director ⁦Radhakrishnan Parthiban's next flick! Can’t wait for you all to listen to her effortless singing! Lyric penned by the Master himself! Praise God!"

Parthiban's next will have five songs and D Imman has already given three songs for the film. The director has also penned lyrics for the songs.

Parthiban last directed Iravin Nizhal which was released theatrically last year. It is regarded as Indian cinema's first non-linear single-shot film. The film also entered the Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records for being the first Asian non-linear single-shot film. Recently, Shreya Ghoshal won the Best Female Playback Singer award for the Iravin Nizhal song Maayava Thooyava, composed by AR Rahman at the recent 69th National Film Awards.
