Singer-composer Yuvan Shankar Raja has collaborated with music composer Santhosh Narayanan for a song from the upcoming film Jigarthanda Double X. Santhosh announced the news through his social media handle on Wednesday. The film, directed by Karthik Subbaraj, will hit the theatres on November 10.

Taking to his X handle, Santhosh Narayanan wrote, "Recorded this forever young legend in Jigarthanda Double x !! You are awesome, Yuvan Shankar Raja sir. Insane energy" 

Starring SJ Suryah and Raghava Lawrence in the lead, the film is the sequel to the 2014 film Jigarthanda which starred Siddharth and Bobby Simha. Nimisha Sajayan, Sanjana Natarajan, and Naveen Chandra play key roles in the upcoming film. 

Jigarthanda Double X's technical crew includes music composer Santhosh Narayanan, cinematographer S S Thirunavukarasu, who collaborated with Karthik Subbaraj in Mercury and Petta, and editor Shafique Mohamed Ali.

The film is backed by Kaarthekeyen Santhanam and Kathiresan under the Stone Bench Films & Five Star Creations banners.
