Takkar trailer is here: Siddharth is on the run to make money 

The film will hit the theatres on June 9

The makers of the upcoming Tamil film, Takkar, starring Siddharth in the lead role, released the trailer of the film on Sunday. Directed by Karthik G Krish, who previously helmed the romantic comedy Kappal in 2014, Takkar will hit the theatre on June 9.

The trailer opens with Siddharth saying, "Desire is what drives people to move forward. That desires determines our life. Money makes the desire to be fulfilled, and each person has their own unique way of earning it; however, what if everyone's approach to earning money becomes identical?.." hinting that the question will be unveiled in the film.

Takkar is backed by Sudhan Sundaram and G Jayaram under the banner Passion Studios. 

The film also stars Yogi Babu, Divyansha, Abimanyu Singh, Munishkanth, and RJ Vigneshkanth, among others. 

Takkar's technical crew consists of Vaanjinathan Murugesan as the cinematographer and music composed by Nivas K Prasanna. GA Gowtham and Udaya Kumar are handling the edits and production design, respectively.
