Actor Ashok Selvan on Monday took to his social media handle to share a heartfelt note about completing ten years in the film industry. 

Sharing his picture from his first-ever photoshoot, he wrote, "Ten years passed like a flash! Filled with good, bad, and the in-between moments. Little triumphs and worthy failures to learn from. From being nobody to somebody, From being an aspirant to an artist, From being a promising actor to being recognized. I have lived and loved every moment of this crazy decade with no regrets. A million thanks to the amazing souls who held me together! I promise to give my best and beyond, to entertain, enthrall, and inspire you in every possible way. From where I started I have come a long way but, from where I want to go, I have just begun. The intent to touch you with each film has been a constant driving force and it will continue to be the same with the different type of films and roles. Some work and some don't but, each time the effort is real. Even if one of my films had touched you in someway, my purpose is met. Making you happy is what makes me happy, I LOVE YOU! Again, Thank you audience, fans, media, friends & family for being there with me, for me. Gratitude and love to all the directors, producers and technicians who have been a part of the journey. It may be noted that Ashok made his debut in Soodhu Kavvum in 2013. He got his breakthrough in Thegidi. He later went on to do films like Oh My Kadavule, Ninnila Ninnila, Sila Nerangalil Sila Manidhargal and Nitham Oru Vaanam, among others. His upcoming films include Saba Nayagan, an untitled film, backed by Neelam Production, Nenjamellam Kaadhal and Por Thozil.
