We had earlier reported that actors Sasikumar and Naveen Chandra will be starring in a yet-to-be titled Tamil film. The makers have now announced that the first schedule of the shooting has been wrapped up.

The film had gone on floors in May and is written and directed by RDM who has previously helmed Kavalthurai Ungal Nanban. The project will be backed by S Kathiresan under the banner Five Star Creations LLP which has earlier produced films like Polladhavan, Aadukalam, Jigarthanda, among others. The film also stars Yogi Babu. 

Meanwhile, Sasikumar was last seen in Ayothi, which opened to decent reception. On the other hand, Naveen was last seen in Telugu film Veera Simha Reddy.
