Vikram Prabhu-Eesha Rebba's next goes on floors

The production for actor Vikram Prabhu and Eesha Rebba's upcoming untitled film commenced on Wednesday. The film's pooja ceremony was held in Chennai.  

The upcoming film is directed by Ramesh Ravichandran. Earlier, in a conversation with CE, Ramesh said that the upcoming film will be a crime thriller. "Vikram Prabhu and Eesha play police officers in the film. I conceived this story based on an incident that inspired me. We are planning to shoot the entire film in Chennai," he added. The film is backed by R Ganesh Murthy and G Soundarya's Lemon Leaf Creations. Meanwhile, Ramesh previously assisted filmmakers like Suseenthiran and Sarkunam.

The upcoming film also has Burma-fame Michael Thangadurai, MS Bhaskar, and Narain, among others. Meanwhile, Rasamathi will handle cinematography, Ghibran will score the music, and Richard Kevin will do the edits. Vikram Prabhu has a handful of projects, including Paayum Oli Nee Yenakku and Raid. On the other hand, Eesha, last seen in Nitham Oru Vaanam, has Aayiram Jenmangal and Mama Maschindra in the pipeline.
