The makers of Maamannan released the lyrical video of Manna Maamanna song on Tuesday. Composed by AR Rahman, the song is written and sung by Arivu.

The lyrical video features black-and-white visuals of Arivu recording the song and a few glimpses of Udhayanidhi Stalin and Vadivelu from the film sets.

Maamannan is written and directed by Mari Selvaraj. The film also features Keerthy Suresh and Fahadh Faasil in prominent roles. It is Mari Selvaraj's third directorial venture after Pariyerum Perumal and Karnan. Notably, it will mark Udhayanidhi's final film as an actor before he takes up a full-fledged political career.

Meanwhile, the makers noted that they are planning a tentative release on June 29. Backed by Udhayanidhi's Red Giant movies, the technical crew includes cinematographer Theni Eswar, editor Selva, lyricist Yugabharathi, and dance choreographer Sandy.
