The teaser of Vithaikkaaran, the upcoming film starring actor-comedian Sathish in the lead role, will be released on July 22, the makers of the film announced on social media on Thursday.

The film is helmed by Venki, who will be marking his directorial debut. Along with Sathish, Vithaikkaran also stars, Simran Gupta, Anandraj, Madhusudhan, Subramaniam Siva, John Vijay, Pavel Navageethan, and Japan Kumar, among others. The film is bankrolled by Vijay Pandi of White Carpet Films.

With music by VBR, Vithaikkaran has cinematography by Yuva Karthick and editing by Arul E Siddharth.

A release date for the film is yet to be announced.
