On Tuesday, the makers of Natty's Web announced The film's release date. The film is now slated to hit theatres on August 4. The film is a psycho-thriller drama written and directed by debutant Haroon. The film is produced by V M Munivelan under the banner of Velan Productions. 

The makers previously released a teaser of Web. The chilling glimpse shows us a group of young girls trapped in a house and terrorised by a character played by Natty aka Nataraja Subramani. The cast includes Shilpa Manjunath, Subhapriya Malar, Rajendran, Aananya Mani, and Shaashvi Bala.

Andrea Jeremiah has crooned a song for the film which has music composed by Karthik Raja. Sudharshan handles editing while Christopher takes care of the cinematography. Web has cleared censorship formalities with a U/A certificate.
