On Friday, the makers of DD Returns released the trailer of the film. The film is all set to hit theatres on July 28. Directed by S Prem Anand and produced by C Ramesh Kumar, the film is billed to be a horror comedy. 

The trailer of DD Returns shows Santhanam and his group of friends, exploring a haunted mansion. They're tasked with fighting with the ghosts. The comedy horror gives a sense of a story similar to Hotel Transylvania.  

DD Returns is the third film in the Dhilluku Dhuddu franchise, including Dhilluku Dhuddu 1 (2016) and Dhilluku Dhuddu 2 (2019). However, the first two films in the franchise were helmed by Rambhala. 

Redin Kingsley, Maran, Pradeep Rawat, Masoom Shankar, Fesi Vijayan, Rajendran and Munishkanth are also a part of the cast. The technical crew of the film consists of cinematographer Dipak Kumar, with ofRo composing the music. NB Srikanth is the editor.
