Leo, the upcoming Vijay-Lokesh Kanagaraj film, is one of the most anticipated Tamil films of the year. The latest update about the film is that Sree Gokulam Movies have bagged the distribution rights. The banner had earlier released other language biggies like the Ponniyin Selvan films and Vikram's Cobra in Kerala. Producer AM Gopalan in a video statement announced the acquisition.

Meanwhile, Leo's shoot is still progressing as the makers eye a grand release in October. The film boasts a huge star cast, which includes Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Priya Anand, Arjun, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, and Mansoor Ali Khan. Malayalam actors Mathew Thomas, Babu Antony, and Santhi Priya also star in it.
