On Tuesday, filmmaker and actor Selvaraghavan took to Twitter to pen a note praising the Nenjame Nenjame song from the recent release Maamannan. Composed by AR Rahman, the song is crooned by Vijay Yesudas and Shakthisree Gopalan. Yugabharathi has penned the song's lyrics.

On the social media platform, he wrote in Tamil, "It has been so long since I heard a song like this in Tamil #NenjameNenjame. Oh, Rahman Thalaiva. The song is a wonder that has mesmerised me entirely. Oh! What lines Yugabharathi."

Directed by Mari Selvaraj, Maamannan stars Udhayanidhi Stalin and Vadivelu in the lead, Keerthy Suresh in a prominent role and Fahadh Faasil as the antagonist. The film's technical crew includes cinematographer Theni Eswar, editor RK Selva, and Action Choreographer Dhilip Subbarayan. It is to be noted that Maamannan is Udhayanidhi’s last film as an actor before he assigns himself to a full-fledged political career.
