Actor Shiva is currently awaiting the release of his film with R Kannan, Kasethan Kadavulada. While the actor has a handful of projects, it is now speculated that Shiva will collaborate with director Ram for a film. The shooting for the same is said to begin from February.

However, no official announcement on the same has been made yet.

If the reports on their collaboration are indeed true, this will be the first time Ram and Shiva will working together. It would also be interesting to see how the project would shape up, given the set of aesthetics that the artists have. While Shiva's known and famous forte is comedy, Ram is known to work around the human psyche and issues that affect the society on deeper levels.

Meanwhile, Ram is currently directing Tamil film Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai, which stars Nivin Pauly, Anjali and Soori in the lead roles. On the other hand, Shiva has Golmaal alongside Jiiva, Saloon and Single Shankarum Smartphone Simranum in various stages of production.
