We had previously reported that director Vijay Sri, who directed the Charuhasan-starrer Dha Dha 87, is doing a film titled PUBG (Polladha Ulagil Bayangara Game) that will star Bigg Boss-fame Aishwarya Dutta in the lead role. The title teaser of PUBG, which shows a few glimpses of the film, has been released by the makers. 

Apart from Aishwarya, the film also stars Arjuman Murali, Anithra Nair, Niveda Baddula, Julie, and Shantini Theva. A comedy thriller, PUBG revolves around a game with five players, similar to the viral online multiplayer battle royale game, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, famously known as PUBG. 

Vijay Sri, meanwhile, has Peetru in the pipeline which will be the comeback film for Hamsavardhan, who was last seen in the 2007 film Piragu. Aishwarya, on the other hand, has Aleka with Aari, Kettavanu Per Edutha Nallavanda with Mahat and Kanni Theevu co-starring Varalaxmi, Ashna Zaveri and Subhiksha.
