We had earlier reported that actor Kavin and Aparna Das are working on a film titled Dada. The upcoming Tamil film is set to release in theatres on December 10, the makers announced on social media on Monday.

Besides the main leads, the film features a host of known faces, including Bhagyaraj, Aishwarya Baskaran, VTV Ganesh, Pradeep Antony, Harish K, Fouziee, among others. Helmed by debutant Ganesh K Babu, the film is backed by S Ambeth Kumar under the banner Olympia Movies

The technical crew of Dada includes cinematography by Ezhil Arasu K, with music composed by Jen Martin. The film is edited by Kathiresh Alagesan.  The film is billed to be a family entertainer and will revolve around a couple (played by Kavin and Aparna), who get pregnant and the drama that ensues.

Dada will be presented by Red Giant Movies.
