Actors Arav and Ramya Pandian are playing the lead in an upcoming film directed by Ganesh Vinayakan. Temporarily untitled, the film is backed by 90 Pictures Productions. The latest update is that actor Kaali Venkat has joined the film’s cast. 

Taking to Twitter, the actor announced that he will be joining the cast of the film. The shooting for the film is reported to start on February 9. 

Touted to be an emotional drama, the film is said to be based on an incident that happened in real life. Arav is reportedly to play the role of the father of a 12-year-old, while Ramya Pandian will play his wife. Set in 1996, the film revolves around the conflict between people who live on land and on hills. Major portions of the film are to revolve around Baby Kritika's character. 

Ganesh Vinayakan has previously directed Thaen and Thagararu.
