Jayam Ravi, who was last seen in Ponniyin Selvan 1, is awaiting the release of Agilan. Directed by Kalyanakrishnan, the film stars Priya Bhavani Shankar as the female lead. Agilan is currently in the post-production stage, and the makers have now finalised the release plans. 

According to speculations, Agilan will most likely hit the screens this February. Previously it was scheduled to release for Christmas, but it may be released on February 17 or 24. However, we await official confirmation from team Agilan. 

While Jayam Ravi is playing a gangster in the film, Priya Bhavani Shankar will be playing a cop. Jayam Ravi is a gangster who is in control of the Bay Of Bengal and how he runs an organised crime business at the harbour, forms the rest of the story.

Tanya Ravichandran and Harish Uthaman also play prominent roles in Agilan, which has music by Sam CS.
