GV Prakash, Ivana, and ace filmmaker Bharathiraja are coming together for a new film titled Kalvan. Directed by PV Shankar, the upcoming film is billed as a comedy-drama with adventure and thriller elements.

Actor Dhanush has shared the film's motion poster on social media. From the short video, it looks like the film is set against the backdrop of a forest. The motion poster features GV Prakash, Ivana, Bharathiraja, and Kaithi-fame Dheena. It is worth a mention that the former two have worked together in the Bala directorial Naachiyar.

Director PV Shankar and Ramesh Aiyappan have jointly scripted Kalvan. Interestingly, the director is handling the film's cinematography as well. Besides playing the lead, GV Prakash is also composing music for the film.

G Dilli Babu is producing it under the banner of Axess Film Factory. The makers have already completed the shoot, and are planning to release it soon.
