Mahendran joins Kathar Basha Endra Muthuramalingam

Mahendran, who was last seen in Maaran, has been roped in to play a pivotal role in Muthaiya’s Kathar Basha Endra Muthuramalingam, which has Arya in the lead role. It is said to be an important cameo, that appears in the flashback portions. The actor will start shooting for his portion in a couple of days.

Said to be an action entertainer, the film is being shot in Kovilpatti. The first-look poster of Arya from the film was released last month and showed the actor clad in a black shirt and veshti.

Kathar Basha Endra Muthuramalingam is reportedly about how politicians create chaos among people belonging to different religions in a village. Arya is said to be playing a Muslim youth in it. The film has Siddhi Idnani playing the female lead, it has music by GV Prakash and cinematography by Velraj.
