Arun Vijay's Borrder postponed once again 

The film was supposed to have hit the theatres on February 24

We had earlier reported that the long-delayed Arun Vijay's film with director Arivazhagan, Borrder, was supposed to have hit the theatres on February 24. However, the makers have once again postponed the release.

In a note, the makers said, "Our recent film production titled Arun Vijay in Borrder directed by Arivazhagan with an amazing cast and crew. This film was made during and after Covid hard times with great difficulties. But we are so happy and proud of making possible of many impossibles. Despite our willingness to meet you all at the theatres on Febraury 24th, 2023. the present uncertain situations are not favourable for the release across the globe.”

While the makers did not announce a new date, they reassured that Borrder will have a March release.

Borrder features Arun Vijay as officer Aravind Chandrashekar, who is part of the Defence Intelligence Agency, Delhi. The film also stars Regina Cassandra and Stefy Patel as female leads.

Backed by T Vijayaragavendra under the banner of All in Pictures, the action thriller will have music by Sam CS, cinematography by B Rajasekar, and editing by Sabu Joseph. The film marks third collaboration between Arun Vijay and Arivazhagan after Kuttram 23 and Tamil Rockerz.
