The first single from Viduthalai-1, Onnoda Nadandhaa, was released by the makers on social media on social media on Wednesday. The five-minute lyrical video is a soulful melody rendition, voiced by Dhanush and Ananya Bhat.

The lyrics are penned by Suga, while Ilaiyaaraja has composed the album of the film. The lyrical video shows stills of illustrations of Soori and Bhavani Sri, who play the leads in the film.

Viduthalai stars Soori and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles. The film is set to release in two parts, with the shooting for the duology wrapped up. While Velraj is handling the editing for the film, Peter Hein has choreographed the action scenes. The film is produced by Elred Kumar under his banner RS Infotainment. The film also stars Bhavani Sre, Prakash Raj, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Rajeev Menon, and Chethan in supporting roles.

A release date for the film is yet to be announced.
