Japan, the recently released Tamil film starring Karthi in the lead role, is set to premiere on Netflix on December 11, the streaming platform announced. 

Directed by Raju Murugan, the film marks Karthi’s 25th film as lead and is backed by Dream Warrior Pictures. 

Anu Emmanuel plays the female lead in Japan, which also has KS Ravikumar, Sunil, and cinematographer-filmmaker Vijay Milton in pivotal roles. While the music of Japan is by GV Prakash Kumar, the cinematography and editing are by Ravi Varman, and Philomin Raj, respectively.
