Malavika Mohanan finishes dubbing for Thangalaan

Malavika underwent Silambam training for her role in the film. Produced by Gnanavel Raja's Studio Green Productions, the film has been scheduleed to release on 26, January 2024

Malavika Mohanan, who is playing one of the leads in Pa Ranjith's Thangalaan,  has completed dubbing for the film. Sharing a picture with assitant directors from the dubbing studio, she wrote, "Ah, what a mad week it's been!Thank you for the patience, help & kindness.

Earlier, English actor Daniel Caltagirone, known for his roles in films like 'Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life' and 'The Pianist', who is playing an important role in the film had wrapped up his dubbing portions.

The story of Thangalaan is said to be based on a real event that happened at the Kolar Gold Factory in Karnataka under British rule. The upcoming film Thiruvothu and Pasupathy Masilamani in important roles.
