The teaser of Sarathkumar's Hitlist was launched by actor Vijay Sethupathi on social media. 

The two-minute-long teaser showcases Sarath Kumar in a cop role trying to catch a criminal.

The crime-thriller stars Vijay Kanishka and Sarath Kumar in lead roles, while director Gautam Vasudev Menon also plays a key role. Samuthirakani, Redin Kingsley, Sithara, Munishkanth, Balasaravanan, Aishwarya Dutta, Smruthi Venkat and Abi Nakshatra are also part of the cast.

The film is directed by Sooryakathir Kaakkallar and K Karthikeyan. Previously, the team released two posters. While one showed a reflection of Vijay against a shattered mirror, the other poster showed Sarath Kumar and Vijay’s images divided by a stranger. “Ignorance of the law is a crime” the poster read.

C Sathya is the music director for Hitlist. The film will be presented by KS Ravikumar.
