Yuvan Shankar Raja and Anirudh to collaborate

On July 27, music director Yuvan Shankar Raja, took to his official X handle to ask his followers, "Which music director do you think I should collaborate with for my next big song? Drop the name below, let's make this happen!" To this question, many replied that they wished to see a collaboration between him and Anirudh Ravichander. 

On Tuesday, Yuvan took to his X handle on again, to announce that a collaboration between him and Anirudh is officially on the cards. Considering that both Yuvan and Anirudh are singers, we still don't know whether one of them is rendering another's composition, or if they are working together on an album. However, it is official that the two are collaborating on a project. 

Anirudh, who started his career with 3 in 2012, currently has Jailer, Leo, Vidaamuyarchi, Indian 2 and Thalaivar 170 in Tamil. He is also the music composer for Jawaan, Devara, and VD 12. Yuvan, on the other hand, has Iraivan, Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai, and Thalapathy 68, among others.
