The much-awaited trailer aka showcase of Rajinikanth's Jailer is here! The Nelson directorial promises a full-fledged actioner, with an ample dose of his signature black comedy. 

Apart from teasing tried-and-tested elements like the hero's transformation from a timid family man to a ruthless fighter the featurette also introduces the characters in the world of Jailer.  The film, helmed by Nelson Dilipkumar, is all set to hit theatres on August 10.

Jailer has an ensemble cast across industries including Mohan Lal, Jackie Shroff, Sunil, and Shivrajkumar. Ramya Krishnan, Tamanaahh, Yogi Babu, Vasanth Ravi and Vinayakan. 

Bankrolled by Sun Pictures, Anirudh Ravichander has composed music for the film. While Nirmal has edited Jailer, and the film has editing by Vijay Kartik Kannan.
