Actor Sivakarthikeyan, who was last seen in Prince, will be taking a break from social media, the actor announced the same on Sunday. Meanwhile he also shared that all the updates regarding his films will be shared by his team.

The actor did not disclose the reason for his break. He wrote on Twitter, “My dear brothers and sisters,I am taking a break from twitter for a while. Take care, and i will be back soon. P.S: All updates on the films will be shared here by my team.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sivakarthikeyan is awaiting the release of two films this year, Ayalaan and Maaveeran. The first film, expected to be a science fiction, is said to be heavy on visual effects. The film will hit the theatres for Diwali and is directed by Indru Netru Naalai fame Ravikumar. On the other hand, Maaveeran is helmed by Madonne Ashwin and release on August 11.

Sivakarthikeyan is also working on a film for RKFI production. Directed by Rajkumar Periasamy, the film stars Sai Pallavi as the female lead.
