The makers of Ithu Kathaiyalla Nijam, an upcoming Tamil film released the trailer on Tuesday. Directed by Kannan Rajamanickam, the film is all set to release on April 7.

The trailer of Ithu Kathaiyalla Nijam suggests that the film is most likely a revenge drama. The trailer starts by showing the passing of a girl and then moves on to show the love story of Santosh Saravanan and Sunulakshmi's characters. Next is a series of action-filled scenes that hint at drama and revenge.

Ithu Kathaiyalla Nijam stars Santhosh Saravanan and Sunulakshmi in lead roles and Kovai Sarala, Rajendran and Jagan in supporting roles. The music for the film is composed by Taj Noor. M A Rajadurai has handled the cinematography for Ithu Kathaiyalla Nijam, while Doyce has handled the editing. Pottuvil Asmin has penned the lyrics for the film. 

The film is said to be based on a true incident, as the name suggests. Actor Sunulakshmi has previously done roles in films like Aramm and Sangathalaivan. Santhosh Saravanan has also done some films in Tamil. Ithu Kathaiyalla Nijam marks both the actors' debut as leads.
