On Monday, actor Vishal’s house was allegedly pelted with stones by a group of unidentified men. Eye witness accounts from the actor’s Anna Nagar residence state that the mysterious assailants appeared in a red car, hurled stones at the house, shattered a window, and disappeared.  

Following the incident, Vishal lodged a complaint at the Anna Nagar K4 Police Station. The act of vandalism had apparently taken place when Vishal was not present at the house. The actor has also submitted CCTV footage of the incident to the police officials. 

The actor is currently awaiting the release of his action-thriller Laththi, the film marks the directorial debut of Vinoth Kumar. The film stars Sunainaa as the female lead while Prabhu plays the supporting role. With music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, the film has cinematography by Balasubramanian and Balakrishna Thota. 

Vishal is currently filming Mark Antony directed by Trisha Illana Nayanthara fame Adhik Ravichandran.
