The second single from Naane Varuvean will release on September 24 at 10:05 am, Dhanush announced on Twitter. The song titled Rendu Raaja is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Directed by Selvaraghavan, the brothers' duo will be coming together after the 2011 film Mayakkam Enna. The upcoming film is expected to be a psychological thriller drama, with Dhanush portraying dual characters. Naane Varuvean also marks the first time the brothers will appear onscreen together. 

The film also features Indhuja, Elli Avrram, Ilayathilagam Prabhu, and Yogi Babu, among others. Produced by Kalaippuli S Thanu, Naane Varuvean also marks the reunion of Yuvan with the Selvaraghavan-Dhanush combo after 16 years. Naane Varuvean will also be released as Nene Vasthunna in Telugu on September 29.
