The lyrical video of Ratchasa Maamaney from Mani Ratnam’s PS-1 (Ponniyin Selvan Part-1) has been released by the makers. The song composed by AR Rahman, is sung by Shreya Ghoshal, Palakkad Sreeram and Mahesh Vinayakam. With lyrics by Kabilan, the song features Karthi as Vandhiyathevan and Sobhita Dhulipala as Vanathi.

The album of PS-1 was released last week in the presence of stars like Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan. The epic film based on Kalki’s novel stars Aishwarya Rai, Vikram, Jayam Ravi and Trisha in the lead. It will be hitting the screens on September 30.

Interstingly, Mani Ratnam has also completed shooting for the second part of Ponniyin Selvan, which is bankrolled by Lyca Productions. The makers are aiming to release the film in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada and Telugu.
