Actor Jiiva, who met the press ahead of the launch of his OTT debut, Sarkaar with Jiiva reassured that his home banner Super Good Films, run by his father RB Choudhary, will produce a film starring Vijay in the lead and it will be their 100th project.

Though Jiiva had teased the possibility of a reunion of the star with the production house previously, he has given a confirmation now. “We were very keen on casting Vijay sir for our 100th project from the beginning. Since we are inching towards the milestone film, we approached him and he has given us a nod.” He also revealed that he will be sharing the screen with Vijay after 2012’s Nanban through this project. “I have asked appa to cast me in a role. I am positive that it will happen. I can even act for free, to make it happen.”

Vijay had previously acted in Poove Unakkaga, Love Today, Thulladha Manamum Thullu and Jilla produced by Super Good Films.

There is no word on who will be directing the Vijay-Super Good film, or when it will go on floors. An official announcement is expected soon from the production house.

Vijay is currently shooting for Vamshi Paidipally’s Varisu, co-starring Rashmika Mandanna, Sarathkumar and Prabhu. After this film, he will move on to Thalapathy 67, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
