Speculations about the cast of the upcoming Vijay-Lokesh Kanagaraj film refuse to die down. Trisha, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Sanjay Dutt, and Prithviraj Sukumaran are some of the names that have been doing the rounds. The latest buzz is that filmmaker Mysskin is in talks to play a major role in the film. Besides acting in some of his own directorial ventures, he has also done notable roles in films like Savarakkaththi, Super Deluxe, and Suttu Pidikka Utharavu.

Meanwhile, Lokesh Kanagaraj and team are busy with the pre-production works of the Vijay-starrer, which is tentatively titled Thalapathy 67. As per reports, the film is set to go on floors in December. Though there have been multiple rumours about the project including it being a gangster drama, the makers have been extremely tight-lipped. An official announcement is eagerly awaited by many.

Mysskin, on the other hand, has Pisaasu II gearing up for release. Starring Andrea Jeremiah as the lead, the horror-thriller also has Vijay Sethupathi in a cameo role.
