National award-winning filmmaker Seenu Ramasamy's next will star Mehandi Circus-fame Madhampatty Rangaraj in the lead.

The announcement about the same was made on the filmmaker's birthday. 

Billed as a romantic film, the yet-to-be-titled project will be bankrolled by Madhampatty Cinemas. 

This film will mark the first collaboration between Seenu Ramasamy and composer Sean Roldan. However, this is the second time Sean Roldan will be taking care of the music of a Madhampatty Rangaraj film after Mehandi Circus. 

Apart from Sean Roldan and Vairamuthu, details about the rest of the cast and crew are yet to be announced, and the project is expected to go on floors this December. The film will be shot in places like POndicherry, Chennai, and some states in the North East. 

Meanwhile, Rangaraj will also be seen in a yet-untitled film with Yogi Babu
