Kamal Haasan unwell, hospitalised in Chennai

It is reported that it was a regular medical checkup, and doctors have advised Kamal Haasan to take rest, and he is expected to be discharged on Thursday

Actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan is currently busy with multiple commitments including Shankar's Indian 2, the hit reality show Bigg Boss Tamil, and his political party duties. He was also recently in the news for visiting his frequent collaborator and legendary director K Vishwanath at the latter's residence in Hyderabad.

Now, it has come to light that Kamal Haasan, who reached Chennai from Hyderabad on Wednesday afternoon, complained of uneasiness and fever the same night, and was admitted to a private hospital in the city. 

It is reported that it was a regular medical checkup, and doctors have advised Kamal Haasan to take rest, and he is expected to be discharged on Thursday. 

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kamal Haasan had recently announced his reunion with his Nayagan director Mani Ratnam, for a project (KH 234), which will hit screens in 2024. He also has projects with Take Off director Mahesh Narayanan, and a speculated collaboration with director H Vinoth.
