I'm exactly where I want to be: Varalaxmi Sarathkumar pens note on completing 10 years in film industry

The actor was last seen in Yashoda which is currently running in theatres

Actor Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has completed a decade in the film industry as an actor, since her debut in the 2012 romantic comedy Podaa Podi. The actor, who   was last seen in Yashoda which released a day before she completed 10 years, penned a note to mark her achievement.

"10 years today, Podaa Podi released. 10 years later Yashoda releases! Was it it an easy journey? No. Was it everything you hoped for? No. Was it worth it? Yes. 10 years of hard work, discipline, rejection, depression, feeling that nothing is ever going go your way but then now when I look back 45 films later, I say thank you for every rejection that made me wanna work harder, made me stronger, made me wanna prove every person wrong," the actor wrote in her note.

Thanking everyone who has supported her, Varalaxmi noted that she has gained respect for her choices and doing what she wants to do in real. The actor also thanked her directors, producers, her family and friends, who stood by her during hard times and lent support.
